VM Toys operates exclusively as a B2B (business-to-business) wholesaler. Purchases are available to registered businesses only.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after written acknowledgment or invoice issuance.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made according to the invoice terms (e.g., advance payment, wire transfer, etc.).
  • Late payments may result in delayed shipments or account suspension.

5. Shipping & Delivery

·         VM International GmbH ships orders both within Europe and to international destinations upon request.
All shipments are handled from our German warehouse through trusted logistics partners.

·          Delivery times depend on the destination country, order size, and selected carrier.
We always aim to ensure safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery for every order.

·          Once goods leave our warehouse, responsibility for shipping and transit risks transfers to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Insurance or special delivery terms can be arranged upon request prior to dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Supporting photos or documentation may be required for review.

7. Limitation of Liability

VM Toys shall not be held liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by external shipping or customs issues.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Köln, Germany.
